Space faring entities encounter a new world"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here we have some musings on the painting known as First Contact.<\/p>\n<p>Strange space faring biological entities descend through the vaporous atmosphere of a new world.<br \/>\nThe many tentacled queen, some scouts and workers are about to touch down.\u00a0 Ground zero for the new colony.<\/p>\n<p>What are these creatures that have come to be?<br \/>\nThat have evolved beyond mere atmospheric flight.\u00a0 Evolved to the point that interstellar travel is possible.\u00a0 Vacuum adapted and immensely powerful.<\/p>\n<p>Roaming the cosmos for aeons in search of new homes.<br \/>\nAre they peaceful?
